MACHINE CLASSES
LMS-Walt, Inc. places a priority on understanding
what happens under your roof and we design all of our machines from
the operator's perspective. We then invest in the most productive
technology and place our moust talented and creative people to work
on your project.
The following list represents current classes of
LMS-Walt machinery.
Assembly Pallets/Fixtures
Standard Pallets allow the operator from the beginning to the end of the assembly process to transport, fully assemble, and test the seat while it is on the assembly line. This process helps reduce the material handling of the product, provides a consistent working environment for the operator, and insures that the mounting details remain in tolerance to allow for easier assembly of the seat to the vehicle.
Automation Assembly Stations - Off-Line
The Automated Assembly Stations are designed to improve efficiency, ergonomics, quality, and safety in the assembly process.
Automation Assembly Stations - On-Line
Assembly Stations with rotation and tilt provide flexibility in the location of the seat to improve ergonomics in the complete assembly of the seat.
Controls - Shop Floor / Conveyor
LMS-Walt, Inc. has an experienced staff in the design and development of configurable PC and PLC software applications used in conveyor and shop floor controls. Some of the applications include PLC ladder-logic programming, PC software (C Based) design and development, analog and digital sensing, PC to PLC connectivity, data acquisition, remote database connectivity, fastener presence / rundown verification, password protected programs, and audit / vision systems.
Conveyance Systems
LMS-Walt, Inc.'s conveyance systems use proximity sensors, laser sensors, assembly line, and lift systems to move a product through the entire assembly process.
