AIR BAG ASSEMBLY STATION
This fixture locates and holds the front seat frame and air bag to insure the correct torque rundown of the nuts that secures the air bag to the frame, while positioning the air bag away from the operator for a safe assembly. The fixture also allows for shunt and continuity tests to be performed on the air bag.

ARMREST ASSEMBLY STATION
Armrest stuffer assists the operator in inserting the armrest foam into the trim.

ASSEMBLY PALLET - 45 DEGREE ANGLE
This pallet allows the seat/product to tilt at a 45 degree angle to allow easy assembly of the underside of the seat/product.

ASSEMBLY PALLET - 90 DEGREE ANGLE
This pallet allows the seat/product to tilt at a 90 degree angle to allow greater access to the underside of the seat/product.

ASSEMBLY PALLET - ERGONOMIC FEATURE
The pallet design allows for the integration of components such as gas springs and shocks to reduce the efforts in raising and lowering the pallet. The design also brings the product closer to the operator when the pallet is tilted to minimize the reach.
